Privacy commitment
ShopRisk Guard does not sell user data, purchase data, license data, listing content or browsing data, and does not transfer it for advertising, data brokerage, credit or unrelated analytics.
Purchase and license data
Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Only the minimum purchase, license, plan, renewal and status information needed to validate Pro access and provide support is used.
Local scanning
Editable listing fields are scanned locally in the browser. Text is used to show current-session warnings and is not sold or shared by ShopRisk Guard.
Browser storage
Settings, selected marketplace, cached rules, rule version, sync timestamps, license key, instance ID and local license status may be stored in browser storage.
Service providers
richbirds.net provides rule sync and license validation; Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, tax and subscriptions. They are used only to operate the product.
Informational tool only
Warnings are not legal advice, compliance certification, account-health advice or a guarantee of marketplace approval.
Coverage changes
Marketplace policies and brand practices can change. Rules may be incomplete, outdated or over-inclusive, and no warning does not mean a listing is safe.
Seller responsibility
Review official policies, laws, intellectual-property rights and product rules. You decide whether to edit or keep flagged wording.
