Privacy Policy
AutoFill is designed as a local-first extension for reusable form data. This policy explains what stays in your browser and what may be sent for product access or website operation.
Local profile storage
Users, groups, labels, field values and encrypted backups are stored locally in your browser or in files you export. AutoFill does not operate a server that receives your saved profile contents or scanned page values for normal form filling.
Free and Pro access
Free use is limited to 3 users and 5 usable fields per user. Pro removes those limits. License validation may send your license key, a random extension instance identifier, product identifiers and basic network request metadata to richbirds.net and the payment provider used to verify access. Profile field values are not included in license checks.
Form scanning
AutoFill reads form labels and fields in the active tab so it can suggest matches. Matching and review happen in the browser extension. The extension does not need to submit page contents to a remote matching service.
Backups
Exported backups can include users, groups, labels and saved values. Store backup files carefully. Anyone with access to an exported backup and its password may be able to restore the data. AutoFill attempts to keep restored values even when labels were renamed or deleted after the backup was created.
Website visits
The richbirds.net website and hosting provider may process standard web server information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp for security, troubleshooting and operation. Contact support at richbirds3930@gmail.com for privacy questions.
