Provider profiles and PDFs are password-encrypted on your device. No provider-data server. No analytics in the extension. Licensing sends your key and a random device instance to Lemon Squeezy.

Does it work with CAQH, PECOS and Aetna?
These are target portals for the MVP. Candidate selectors and general field matching are included, but authenticated production workflows have not been verified. Test each page and use manual mapping or copy when needed.
Can it upload and submit documents?
The document helper downloads your stored PDF and copies its name. You select the file in the portal yourself. The extension does not automatically upload or submit it.
What happens without an internet connection?
The local vault remains available. Pro uses the last successful license verification for less than 24 hours. If a fresh check cannot be completed after that, Pro features pause until validation succeeds.
Can you recover my vault password?
No. Keep your password and encrypted backups safe. The vault locks after inactivity or a background-service restart. Removing the extension removes its local storage; exported files remain wherever you saved them.
