Read these limitations before using Credentialing Autofill with any provider profile or payer portal.
Credentialing Autofill is an administrative data-entry assistant. It does not review, verify or guarantee submitted information. Manually review every value before submitting. It is not affiliated with CAQH, CMS or any healthcare payer.
1. Administrative assistance only
The extension transfers stored information into editable forms. It does not verify credentials, determine eligibility, evaluate qualifications or provide legal, medical, regulatory or credentialing advice.
2. You review and submit
Check every field, provider identity, document and date. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. The extension does not click Submit, Attest or Save & Continue, although some websites may autosave changed fields.
3. MVP limitations
Target portals include CAQH, PECOS and Aetna, but authenticated production forms are not fully validated. Website changes, frames, shadow roots and custom controls can prevent matching. Confidence scores are suggestions, not guarantees.
4. Authorized use and data protection
Use only authorized information, accounts and systems. Protect your device, password, backups, clipboard and downloaded files. Local encryption is not a compliance certification and no HIPAA certification is claimed.
5. Independent product
Credentialing Autofill is not affiliated with or endorsed by CAQH, CMS, Aetna or any payer. Names are used only to identify target workflows.
6. Availability and support
